Delete all video metadata

Hello everyone!

I'm French, so sorry for my English very bad. I'm on Ubuntu and I have a question. To delete all the metadata on a photo, I do exiftool-all =, but for video. Mov what is the line that all metadata is removed?

Sorry, ExifTool currently can not write video files.  The ability to write MOV videos will be added within a few days, but the only metadata you will be able to delete in this version will be XMP.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
