Is there a command to convert Tiff images to jpg?
Not with exiftool. It only manipulates metadata.
Using ImageMagick (https://imagemagick.org), the basic command would be
magick file.tiff file.jpg
Beyond that, there are lots of programs out there to do so. On Windows, Irfanview (https://www.irfanview.com/) can quickly do it in batch.
