Error "jhead+jpegtran not found"

I have put ExitTool v8.65 and ExifToolGUI v4.21 into the same folder.
In a sub folder "jhead_jpegtran" there the two programs "jhead.exe" and "jpegtran.exe"

When I start now ExifToolGUI then everything seems fine at first.
But when I click menu

Program->About

then two error popups appear:
"jhead not found"
and
"jpegtran not found"

Hmm, The GUI seems not to find the subfolder (or expects the prgms in another location).

How can I tell ExifToolGUI to search them in exactly this subfolder?
I found no option/preference for a change

Hi Peter,

As mentioned in humble GUI manual, these two files must be either in the same directory where GUI is, or (better) inside Windows directory.
Short explanation: GUI might not be the only one who might need these two files -thus, why having tha same files on many places? If they are inside Windows, all other applications can use them.
