Best apps for image meta-tagging on Windows & Android devices

Hi all,

I've been using the meta-tagging software on my Android tablet and Windows notebook for the last half a year, so I am not a very mature user yet.

So far I've tested 3 apps: XnViewMP, IrfanView and FastPhotoTagger, and I find the last one suits my needs the best. Because it supports both Windows and Android OS, it also supports Hierarchical Keywords.

However I suspect there may be some other good solutions as well, which I haven't come across yet, but which can offer more functions.

So I am curious what other apps people are using and why?
