Hello i am new to this software and im not sure how to use it.
I am trying to remove the Software Tag and ReaderName and WirterName tag from exif data however nothing at all that i tried is working.

Removing ''ALL'' metadata under ''Modify'' section does not work either.
I have tried using the regular non-gui tool however i am getting this error:

Seems to me, it is not supported by Exiftool. So ExifToolGui cant either.
Maybe post your question in the Exiftool area?
What type of file is this? ExifTool can remove all metadata from JPG files, but not many other formats.
