Title: confirmation of Lens ID

I would like to confirm a Lens ID

Lens ID                         : Unknown (D2 3C 8E B0 3C 3C 4B 02) Sigma APO 300-800mm F5.6 EX DG HSM ?
Lens Spec                       : 300-800mm f/5.6 D

the shown Lens is correct , I use this lens
