on your internet page that describes the XMP -> xmp-iptcExt tags https://exiftool.org/TagNames/XMP.html#iptcExt (https://exiftool.org/TagNames/XMP.html#iptcExt)
we can click on https://exiftool.org/TagNames/XMP.html#LocationDetails (https://exiftool.org/TagNames/XMP.html#LocationDetails) and find a list of all locationDetails:
This list contains an element named GROUPS, which cannot be written.
I assume it is an error in this list.
