Hello,

This message is the continuation of the following discussion:

initiated in the "Bug Reports / Feature Requests" section of Exiftool.

However, it turns out that the solution to the problem is to be found in Exiftool Gui.

Phil Harvey states "There should be a way to add the -m option in the GUI (ignore minor errors)."

I would be glad to have Bogdan Hrastnik's point of view on this.

As per the sticky post (https://exiftool.org/forum/index.php?topic=4553.0) in this subforum, the exiftool GUI no longer has any support. Bogdan's last post here was in 2015 and hasn't been active since 2012, so it's unlikely there would be a response.

But the exiftool GUI docs (https://exiftool.org/gui/#m_options) show there's a menu option to activate -m (-ignoreMinorErrors) option (https://exiftool.org/exiftool_pod.html#m--ignoreMinorErrors) for all operations.

Yes I find it and it seems to work.
It was just in the option menu. :)
