Offset to JPEG SOI exif:jpeginterchangeformat
Bytes of JPEG Data exif:jpeginterchangeformatlength

These don't appear to be listed on https://exiftool.org/TagNames/EXIF.html (https://exiftool.org/TagNames/EXIF.html) but should be, and underlined, as they are part of the official spec. (2.32, p. 37 as marked)

These are ID 0x0201 ThumbnailOffset and ID 0x0202 ThumnailLength in the table.
