Title: Bug in the rss feed format for version 13.01

Attempting to read the rss feed for version 13.01 shows:

This page contains the following errors:
error on line 13 at column 29: Opening and ending tag mismatch: title line 13 and span
It looks like there is an extra closing span tag:
