Hi Peter,
If the question is "what is the tag name?", then you can
determine this by using Photoshop (or whatever) to write
the tag, then use "exiftool -s" to extract the information
and look at the tag name.
There is no IPTC tag I know like what you describe, but
there are a number of URL tags in the XMP metadata.
