Title: error "Finder got an error: Warning: Tag 'IPTC:Address' does not exist Nothing t
Post by: pedroparamo on April 05, 2012, 03:23:25 PM
I get this error--error "Finder got an error: Warning: Tag 'IPTC:Address' does not exist
Nothing to do." number 1--when I try to set the IPTC address tag.

Also, when I try to try to set the 'iptcExt:PersonInImage ("exiftool -XMP-iptcExt:PersonInImage=) nothing happens.

Am I missing something on how to use the iptc tags??

Thanks.

Pedro

I take that back--the 'iptcExt:PersonInImage' tag is being set, it's the other, the 'IPTC:Address' tag that gives me the error.

Hi,
As you probably assume, you get this error message, simply because tag named Address doesn't exist (according to Iptc specification). You can check all standardized tags (tag names) here:
