Title: ExifTool 9.19 chrashes under Windows

Hello Phil,

ExifTool 9.19 seams to have a problem when running under Windows. A GeoSetter user told me that ExifTool crashes when saving metadata with GeoSetter.

I've done a test with ExifTool 9.19 on the command line:
ExifTool "UserComment<$IPTC-PrimaryLocationName" DSC01083.JPG

This was the first command line I've tested and the crash occured with 70% of the images. By downgrading to ExifTool 9.18 all is working without any problems.

I'm runnig Windows 7 64 bit.

Hi Heiko,

Thanks for reporting this.  It looks like this version may have been corrupted somehow.  I'll look into it and do another release ASAP.  Until then I have reverted the Windows download link to 9.18.

There.  I have released the Windows version of 9.20.  I think this one should be OK.
