Yes there is. See FAQ 3 (https://exiftool.org/faq.html#Q3).
if i use the Exiftool GUI the result is:
<x:xmpmeta xmlns:x='adobe:ns:meta/' x:xmptk='Image::ExifTool 9.38'>
<rdf:RDF xmlns:rdf='http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#'>
<rdf:Description rdf:about=''
xmlns:dc='http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/'>
<dc:subject>
<rdf:Bag>
<rdf:li>schlagwort</rdf:li>
</rdf:Bag>
</dc:subject>
</rdf:Description>
</rdf:RDF>
</x:xmpmeta>
if i use the exiftool cmd the result is:
schlagwort
how can i modify my input to get the same result?

The keywords are in the file but not in the xml Style i like.
Can you pleas give me clue?
I'm afraid that I'm as confused as you are. In this output I see that the keyword "schlagwort" is stored as XMP-dc:subject. This looks good to me. Are you having trouble making the connection between this and the command to write this?:
exiftool -xmp-dc:subject="schlagwort" photo.jpg
- Phil
Thanks Phil
that was the missing link to my "Schlagwort" and the XMP Style. :)
But i cant see this Paragraph in the FAQ.
That is what this paragraph was trying to explain:
If you are having problems with other software reading information written by ExifTool, if possible try first writing the information from the other software, then use ExifTool (with the -a and -G1 options) to determine where the information was written. Once you know where it should go, you can use ExifTool to write to this location. You can read or write information in a specific location by prefixing the tag name on the command line with the desired group name. ie) "-ExifIFD:DateTimeOriginal"
