Assume I start ExifToolGUI.
In the left "Browse" pane the directory
D:\work\
is selected. Now I want to view th EXIF values of the picture
D:\pics\tavelling\costarica\DSC37382.jpg
Instead of browsing in the "Browse" pane I drag the mentioned picture from the Windows Explorer onto ExitToolGUI window.
What happens? Yes, the picture EXIF values are displayed, BUT the picture is also moved automatically to the directory
which is currently selected in "Browse" window. In this case: D:\work\
Is there a way to tell ExiftoolGUI to NOT move dragged pictures?
Resp. to jump in "Browse" subpane automatically to the directory of the just dragged picture?
