I'm getting

which is not exactly surprising. The file is known to have been tagged by MediaJukebox and I'd not be surprised if there were some Adobe tags in there as well. Also, it would seem ExifTool can't recognize the specific format used in those segments, which again, is not exactly surprising.
However, is there a way to at least get ExifTool to dump the raw segments?
For what it's worth, this is an APP9 Segment... and it would be nice, if it dosen't understand something, to see what it dosen't understand.

Either the verbose or HTML dump options will give you this. You may be have to use -v4 to see the whole segment, and add a -v or two to do the same in the -htmldump output.
