It's possible to write to the file and the shooting date of the file name?
2014-06-12 15-47-27.JPG - > DateTimeOriginal & CreateDate

As long as the filename is formatted as in your example, then yes, it's as simple as:
exiftool "-datetimeoriginal<filename" "-createdate<filename" FileOrDir
