I'm trying to use your fix_corrupted_nef.exe script to recover some corrupted .NEF files taken with a D3300, but I see that is not a supported camera. Any chance the program will be updated to support the D3300?

If these images were corrupted using Nikon's transfer program, then see this post (https://exiftool.org/forum/index.php/topic,4220.msg22342.html#msg22342) for the files that Phil will need in order to add support.
If the files were corrupted some other way (memory card problems, disk errors, or other software), then it's probably not possible to recover the Nefs, but it may be possible to pull a jpg preview image out of it. You can link a sample image and someone will probably take a look at it.
