Title: D5/D500 "Primary AF Point" and "AF Points Used" fields not correct

It appears the location/encoding of this information has changed on the D5/D500 - the "AF Info 2 Version" version is 0101 on the D5/D500 vs 0100 on previous bodies like the D7200. exiftool reports "(none)" for these tags.

Please disregard - after looking at more EXIF samples I found that exiftool is properly reporting the values of these fields.
