The link to the DC-010-2017_E.pdf under the XMP-exif (https://exiftool.org/TagNames/XMP.html#exif) section no longer works. 

http://www.cipa.jp/std/documents/download_e.html?DC-010-2017_E
appears to be the new link.  No direct link to the pdf seems to be available.

Thanks.  CIPA also broke the EXIF link, which I just fixed.  I'll get this tomorrow.
