It looks like this isn't in the metadata. It is possible it exists in the video stream, but ExifTool doesn't decode this.

Thank you phil,
I will go to find a solution... ufff

Maybe tools like ffmpeg or ffprobe can show it?
p.s. I just finished a project exporting archived PAL .dv files as HEVC H.265 with ffmpeg (bob deinterlaced as double frame rate 50fps, scaled to 788x576 then cropped to 768x576 square pixels).
Initially I was confused when the new macOS 11.0 Big Sur QuickTime Player seemed to start the .mp4 files at random times like 00:25:06:16. Well, it turned out that it defaulted showing the timecode (grabbed from .dv). Absolute frames and and the usual time are other options.
I could have omitted those unnecessay timecodes with '-write_tmcd off', but I ended up zeroing the timecodes with '-timecode 00:00:00:00' so I can benefit from those time options, if necessary. The batch below showed each .dv file's timecode:
for i in *.dv; do ffmpeg -i "$i" -vf bwdif=1,scale=788:576,crop=768:576:10:0,setsar=sar=1/1 -c:v libx265 -crf 18 -preset slow -timecode 00:00:00:00 -tag:v hvc1 -c:a aac -b:a 128k "${i%.*}_converted.mp4"; done
