How can I add the missing complete makernotes to marked files in Exiftool direct:
Make: NIKON Cororation
Model: Nikon D700
or all fields empty

How can I change makernotes to marked files in Exiftool direct:
Make: NIKON Cororation +
Model: Nikon D700 > Nikon D700a
because there are several d700 in use

I would not recommend changing Make or Model if you are interested in the maker notes (see FAQ 8 (https://exiftool.org/faq.html#Q8)).
To add missing makernotes you need to copy from another file. You can copy from NEF like this for example: -tagsfromfile %d%f.NEF -makernotes
