I needed to put the documentname = filename tag but without the _t0 that I always have at the end of the files.
ex1: Testfile_t0
ex2: Imagefile_t0.
can you help?

Try
exiftool "-DocumentName<${Basename;s/_t0$//i}" /path/to/files/
