Photoshop lets you enter textual notes on top of images. They can be a specific color, and they have an author, and a position on the image, as shown in the attachment screenshot (and in the sample PSD). Has anyone cracked it?
So, I opened a hex editor and the text was readable, and I found what section the fields were in. So, what is the most helpful way to report these things to make it as easy as possible to include? If I know how to do that, I can become more supportive in my suggestions for field inclusions.

This information is in the Layer and Mask information section of the PSD file. It is explained in the Annotations section on page 37 of the Photoshop CS File Formats Specification (October 2003). ExifTool currently doesn't parse this.
