In my JPG files I try do join content of present "IPTC:Caption-Abstract" and "IPTC:ObjectName" and insert joined one to Tag "Caption-Abstract". If Tag "Caption-Abstract" doesn't exist in some files, ExifTool don't update this files.
In Win I use such command:
exiftool "-Caption-Abstract&lt$Caption-Abstract some text $ObjectName" *.jpg
The Warning is produced:
Warning: [minor] Tag 'Caption-Abstract' not defined - IMG_3156.JPG
How can I force Exiftool to insert data into destination Tag even one of source tag doesn't exist?

You have two choices:

1) Any minor error can be ignored with the -m (IgnoreMinorErrors)
option.  If you do this, the missing tag will be set to an empty string.

2) You can use the -f option to force values of missing tags to be set to "-".
