For example, -XMP-dc:Title is equivalent to -IPTC:ObjectName and -EXIF:ImageDescription from a format to another.
I suppose so that it should exist a table with the possible correlations within the differents metadata format (Photoshop, exif, ITPC, XMP, ...)

Any other correlations are software dependent, with Windows
and Adobe products for example having different sets of
priorities.
