In history of latest exiftool version(7.50), I've noticed, there's (among other things) new "ExtractEmbedded" option added. I'm curious about usage of this option.
I've gone thru exiftool documentation (and FAQ), but found nothing... Related to this: can I assume, that exiftool documentation (commands, options, tags,..) is always up to date according to last exiftool version?

Yes, the documentation should always be up to date, but
occasionally I will add a feature without documenting it
