Hi, trying to delete information from a TIFF file contained in IFD0, namely Make, Model.

I've read the FAQ that says:

Use "exiftool -a -G1 -s img.tif" to see where the information is stored. Any information remaining in other IFD's must be deleted separately from a TIFF file if desired.

Using this, I get a line:

[IFD0]          Make                            : NIKON CORPORATION

How can I delete this?

exiftool -Make= doesn't seem to work in this case

Thanks!

you use -ifd0:make= or -exif:make=

-make= works, as does -ifd0:make= or -exif:make=

I wasn't catching on to the group syntax - thanks for answering!
