Hi Phil,

did you ever see a private tag that stores the face detection information especially the face location?
Any idea if the Nikon cameras do that?

Hi Dietmar,

Yes (https://exiftool.org/TagNames/Nikon.html#FaceDetect). ExifTool decodes this information for a number of makes.
