TagsFromFile create bad metadatas

Hi !
I post in this section because I'm sure the problem is me.

I want use the function -TagsFromFile but it turn some EXIF data to XMP data.
I don't understand what is the problem.

I dont understand. Can you explain me what is wrong ?

The pictures SamsungGT-I9300.jpg is downloaded from the exiftool's website.
