MacOSX.pm not in tarball but in github

Hi Phil,

is lib/Image/ExifTool/MacOSX.pm still needed? It is not in the Image-ExifTool-11.xx.tar.gz tarball

Good point.  Thanks.  I'll delete that.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
