Feature request—DICOM

exiftool is really convenient to use, but unfortunately it does not support the writing of DICOM file tags.
I am really fed up with the complicated operations of other DICOM tools, and hope that exiftool can support the reading and writing of DICOM file tags.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I already had this on the to-do list but it has fallen to item 278.  I'll move it up a bit.
