Write filename from CreateDate with *.bat files.

Hello and sorry - i dont get it ...:

i use *.bat files to drag my images on it to use exiftool.

Whats wrong with this?:
(Filename: CreateDate_to_filename.bat)

exiftool -execute -charset filename=Latin "-filename<${CreateDate}.%%e" "-d %Y-%m-%d - %H;%M;%S" -overwrite_original -L -r -m -P %1

Image allways will renamed like this:
20160709 132234.jpg

Instead of this:
2016-07-09 - 13;22;34.jpg
