How to handle spaces in a tag?

I am trying to change the value of a tag in a DNG file.
When I use exiftool to inspect the file, the tag I am interested in is returned as "Camera Model Name" with a value of, for example, FC3700.
I want to change the value to say FC330.

I haven't been able to figure out the command to do this.  I haven't found an example that has helped me.

I have many DNG files that need this modification.

There are no spaces in a tag name, only in a tag description, which can change depending upon the language.
