Test failed can't install

Newest program version can't be installed due to failed test

Test 12 differs beginning at line 6:
Test gave: "[EXIF, GPS, Time] 29 - GPS Date Stamp: 2020:12:01"
Should be: "[EXIF, GPS, Time] 29 - GPS Date Stamp: 2020:12:02"

I don't know why error. time is correct

Ah. Thanks.  Darnit.  The date/time rolled over to the next day due to your time zone.   I'll fix this in the next release.

This will be a change to the test, not to ExifTool.  ExifTool is doing the right thing.

You can still use ExifTool even though the test fails.
