Create Date Translation

Can someone kindly translate the following from "Create Date" field in the ExifTool output to English: 2019:07:03 16:01:29Z, I want to be particularly certain of 29Z.

The "Z" stands for Zulu time aka UTC.  It's the same as 2019:07:03 16:01:29+00:00 with no adjustment for Daylight Savings. 
"It didn't work" isn't helpful. What was the exact command used and the output.
