How to add time to the EXIF datas?

Hi all!

I use the tool the first time.

I have scanned a couple of slides years ago. Now I use a NAS from Synolgy with the app Synology Photos.

These images are not shown there, because they miss all the EXIF datas ...

With the tool I can add a date, that's fine!

But now I still miss a time. To enter this fields by hand is a nightmare ...

Is there a way to add a time to the creation date easely? I can't use the function "Filename to EXIF data" because the file names are in this way: image001.jpg

With what tool? Do you mean exiftool? If so, what command are you using. And what is the source of the date?  There are very few tags that would return a date but not a time.

It's not really possible to help without more details.
