Web page that lists primary colors of a photo

I go to comic-conventions and take pictures of the various cosplayers.  In one of my cosplayer searches I came across YenraPhotography which shows the dominant colors of an image.  For example, this page shows these colors


While I can find some online sites which list the dominant colors in hex, though they don't seem to list the color names.  And of course I would prefer something local. I'm still digging through some ImageMagick commands, so maybe I can find something there.

But in the meantime, does anyone else know of a way to do this?
"It didn't work" isn't helpful. What was the exact command used and the output.

I've used X11 colour names, but some of these are different.

The X11 colour names should be widely accepted under Unix platforms.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
