Difference between DATE/TIME ORIGINAL AND CREATE DATE?

You are mistaking CreateDate (called Date/Time Digitized by the EXIF spec) with the file system time stamp, which is FileCreateDate.
"It didn't work" isn't helpful. What was the exact command used and the output.
Read FAQ #3 and use that cmd
