IPTCDigest and Writable Tag Errors

I am running a test against a group of photos to rename and move. I am getting the errors below on some files. I have searched around and it appears the Writable Tag errors can be safely ignored. The IPTCDigest seem to point to something with photoshop and data out of sync. Is that an issue I need to fix now or an issue in general to resolve? I'm not clear on what it's caused by. I seem to be getting alot of these.
