Anzu Raptor RTK XMP-drone tags

The Anzu Raptor RTK drone (a licensed USA-built copy of the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise), writes XMP tags to the XMP-drone namespace. This is not currently built into exiftool, so I wanted to share the config that made it work for me, in case anybody else stumbles across issues with this drone.

This can be merged with the pix4d.config that is floating around to be able to write tags in the XMP-Camera and XMP-drone namespaces.
