Insta360 X4 and X5 metadata (allowing x4 video to use "tilt recovery")

I use an Insta360 x4 to shoot aviation videos from my paramotor.

Based on user feedback and requests, Insta has added a "tilt recovery" option (allows stabilisation without horizon lock) for videos shot on an X5 (this option is not available for X4 videos).

• What are the differences in the metadata stored in X4 and X5 .INSV files?
• Has anyone found a way to edit the metadata on an X4 file to allow the "tilt recovery" option
• Does anyone have a small X4 or X5 .INSV file they can post to help us work it out
