Tamron 18-270mm Lens on Canon Rebel T2i

Is it possible to add the following lens to the Canon LensType description?

37.4   = Tamron AF 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC LD Aspherical [IF] Macro

Will do, thanks.  This addition will appear in exiftool 8.40 when it is released.

Note that it  may not be possible to uniquely identify this lens consistently due to the overlap in focal lengths with other lenses of the same ID.
