On which, if any, video files can I set copyright tags?

I have been setting the IPTC copyright tag on all my .jpg files, but would also like to do this on some video files.  I actually have a number of different format video files, but would be happy to convert them all to a single format is there is one in which I can store a copyright statement.  So far all of the cases seem to have copyright (or equivalent) tags which are not writable in exiftool.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
