Hi Phil

Given that NikonView NX2 was corrupting jpegs from one of my Fuji cameras when I used it to change metatdata, and the replacement for it doesn't even run on my Macbook pro, I've been looking around for a GUI.

http://fastphototagger.sourceforge.net/about.html  looks really promising. I couldn't find any mention of it on your website

I've done a couple of small user tests.  I configured it to show xmp:datetimeoriginal and it found the existing data.  So I configured an mwg:description tag, wrote in it and saved the data to the exif, xmp and iptc tags.

Hi Alan,

Thanks!  I've added it to the ExifTool home page.  I couldn't find a good description on the web page, so I just said "FastPhotoTagger: Add metadata to images (requires Java runtime engine)".  If you have a better suggestion, please let me know.
