APP 11 DP2 marker?

Recently discovered an APP 11 marker that not in here.  DP2 is the name of its marker I think.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).

This is some sort of preview image in APP11.  Was this created by Microsoft Photo?  Do you know if the preview can be larger than 64 kB?  (Are multiple segments used? Are their headers different?)
