You write in your documentation that at the moment when you apply changes you don't care whether the file has readonly flag or not.

Now I tried to restore the originals.
And I got error messages for files with readonly flag.

Is it possible that you care for the flag when you restore the originals?

Or was this caused by another problem? But removing the flags solved my problem.
