It seems that the Queen's University network was having problems today.  The exiftool servers were fine but the university network was refusing connections.  It seems to be getting better now.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
