Tags with space in their names

I like to delete few tags using the exiftool -tagname= FILENAME but I don't seem to be able to figure out how to deal with the tags that have space in them. for example, Primary Platform or History Software Agent. Can you please help?

I think that reading FAQ 2 will help here.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
