Is it possible to change F stop (Aperture) metadata for Canon?

I've been trying to get Canon EOS R5 images to work with software that requires lens metadata, however I'm using a manual lens. I've successfully added the focal length and 35mm focal length, but I believe the software still needs to aperture.

Is it possible to change the f-stop / Aperture settings for a Canon, using ExifTool? If so, how?
